This website is hosted and delivered through Vercel. When you visit the website, Vercel and the technical infrastructure used to deliver the site may process certain information, including:

The contact form is technically processed through Web3Forms and the submitted information is forwarded to anna@weltencommunication.ch. Subsequent email communication is handled through Google Workspace.
Your information will not automatically be used for newsletters or other direct marketing.
4. Booking a call
This website integrates links and technical components for appointment scheduling through Google Calendar. The booking page is opened when you choose to book a conversation.
When you open the booking page or make an appointment, Google may process technical connection data and the information you submit in accordance with its own privacy policy. Welten Communication receives the information required to arrange the appointment and uses it solely to organise and conduct the call.
5. Service providers and international processing
We use the following principal service providers to operate the website and process enquiries:
- Vercel for website hosting and delivery
- Web3Forms for processing the website contact form
- Google for Google Analytics, Google Workspace email, Google Calendar appointment scheduling and Google Fonts
- Cloudflare for DNS infrastructure
These providers may process information in Switzerland, the European Union, the United States or other countries. Where a country does not provide an adequate level of data protection, transfers are made subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
Personal data is not sold and is only disclosed where necessary for the purposes described above or to comply with a legal obligation.
